In a world where fitness influencers rule the roost, honesty is often as elusive as a six-pack shortcut. Recently, Greg O’Gallagher, a prominent figure in the fitness community, dropped a bombshell on Instagram. The 32-year-old called out fellow influencers for their less-than-transparent use of ster**ds and Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT).

In a bold statement, O’Gallagher minced no words, pointing out the irony of TRT becoming socially acceptable. “TRT is socially acceptable – so they finally coming clean. Instead of having to outright lie – they can pat themselves on the back with their half-truth.” This backlash left many pondering the authenticity of their fitness idols.

Has TRT become the new reality?

The fitness influencer took shots at those who claim natural status until they hop on the TRT. He called out the absurdity of suddenly needing testosterone supplementation when they were previously “insanely jacked.” Furthermore, he finds it funny how people claim they were natural before using TRT and questioned how they were muscular earlier despite having low testosterone.

According to Greg, the issue wasn’t just about steroid use and was about the culture of deception and the impact it had on impressionable audiences. “No – you blasted ster**ds – lied about it – fuc**d up your health. And now you need TRT,” he explained what was happening in the fitness world, highlighting the dangers of sacrificing long-term health for short-term gains.

Perhaps the most concerning aspect, O’Gallagher notes, is that these influencers receive approval from the people for their actions. “The worst part is – everyone is praising this. TRT is the new get out of jail free card,” he lamented. According to him, many are accepting and normalizing the performance-enhancing substances in the fitness community. Earlier, amidst revealing the secrets behind fitness influencers’ shredded physiques, a celebrity trainer had also shared his opinion on similar trends in the industry.

Don Saladino frustrated by dishonest ster**d use

Recently, in the Renaissance Periodization podcast, Dr. Mike Israetel and celebrity fitness trainer Don Saladino talked about ster**d use in Hollywood. The discussion turned heated when Saladino started talking about Alan Ritchson’s jaw-dropping transformation. Saladino criticized Ritchson for claiming he got super-jacked naturally after nine months of hard training. Ritchson had even claimed that he drained his testosterone levels.

His confession and lack of honesty triggered frustration in Saladino. The fitness coach wondered if Ritchson tried all-natural ways first. Saladino also criticized Ritchson for not admitting it when asked directly. He mentioned how Hollywood sets unrealistic body standards, like in the movie “300,” where actors’ physiques aren’t natural. Saladino further explained how lighting, makeup, and camera tricks create illusions and might create unrealistic expectations in the younger generation, who are unaware of such factors.

So, now that these prominent figures unveil the truth behind the super-jacked physique of influencers and celebrities, will you also join the bandwagon and question if they are truly natural? Let us know in the comments.
