O’Hearn is a bodybuilder who constantly keeps his fans updated about his workout routine. From tips to tricks, he always helps his followers with bodybuilding wisdom. His latest video on his YouTube channel titled “Mike O’Hearn Paul Wight Robby Robinson Billy Gunn Back Day,” is a fresh installment of his gym sessions.
The Titan’s latest gym video is star-studded as he was training with Robby Robinson, Paul Wight aka ‘The Big Show’, Billy Gunn, the ‘WWE Hall of Famer’, and the godfather of bodybuilding, Charles Glass.
The video started with Mike O’Hearn helping Robinson with the workout. Later The Big Show was seen doing reps of lat pull-downs as O’Hearn monitors. The 4x Mr. Universe was also seen acing dumbbell rows like a pro. The elite athletes were seen discussing workouts and the right way to do them. The “American Gladiators” star is always enthused to expand his knowledge of the sport from the greats. So, he often shares his gym sessions with Robby Robinson or discussion sessions with Frank Zane. Earlier a training session with The Black Prince left the Titan amazed.

In a previous video on O’Hearn’s YouTube channel, Robinson was seen acing the barbell curl like a pro despite being 76 years old. He didn’t miss the form even for a second and O’Hearn was next to him cheering him up while performing the reps.

But what amused the 54-year-old bodybuilder is the transparent “fibers, the striations, and the insertions” of the Robinson. However, the 76-year-old’s grueling training regime is the main reason for such a ripped physique. Robinson once clarified, “If you are not willing to put in the work… seriously time to go home and have a pizza. Sorry guys. No disrespect. It’s a lot of hard work,” while speaking about the sport.
