In an exciting revelation, a YouTube short posted by ‘The Movie House’ disclosed that Gal Gadot trained for six hours daily for her role in the DC blockbuster, ‘Wonder Woman.’

In order to perfectly play the role of a beloved superhero, Gadot realized that she would have to bring her A-Game outset to the set as well. She trained rigorously for weeks to get a toned and muscular physique and embraced a lifestyle of discipline and strict dieting. Let’s take a deeper look at how Gadot trained.

A physical transformation for Gadot was not only necessary for appearance but also to embrace the character’s spirit. She hopped on a strict workout plan designed for her by professionals who guided her throughout her transformation journey. To look perfect for the role, she trained for around six hours at her fitness center daily for six months. Apart from two hours of weight training sessions, she also indulged in horse riding and practicing fighting moves.

“Gal Gadot adhered to a strict nutrition plan and practiced like a professional athlete while studying several fighting styles in order to be ready for her role. Wonder Woman put in six hours of rigorous training in the fitness center daily for six months to achieve her toned physique and muscular biceps,” the video revealed.

During the interview, Gadot answered the most frequently asked questions about her on Google about her fitness and workout regimen. Before answering the question, Gadot felt thankful that her fans showed interest in her life.

“Thank you so much for asking,” said Gadot before revealing her secret. However, DCEU’s Wonder Woman had a surprisingly simple answer to the question. While she trains under a coach and dieticians while prepping for a film, she believes, “It’s all about balance and moderation and working out.”
