The bodybuilding world was shocked by the news of the sudden demise of an American fitness model. He was also an incredible actor and was seen in several fitness films and had also done various commercials. He was undoubtedly a fitness star that was lost way too soon.

Greg Plitt was hit by a southbound Metrolink Antelope Valley Line train in Burbank, California, on 17th January 2015 while running between the rails doing a commercial shoot. On a very recent note, the late athlete was given a tribute on the internet.

A couple of days back, the official page of ‘chicagoadonis’ took to their Instagram and paid tribute to Greg Plitt with a picture of his absolutely ripped upper body. The image was captioned, “GREG PLITT, the late international fitness star, died tragically after being struck by a train while shooting an energy drink commercial in January, 2015. He was 37.”

Plitt was a former Ranger in the US Army and he got his passion for fitness partly from being a part of the army. He started his fitness journey when he was in 6th grade in his father’s home-built gym and had evolved to become a renowned fitness trainer in Los Angeles.

The caption continued, “A former Army Ranger, Mr. Plitt had been one of the world’s top fitness cover models for nearly a decade and appeared on several fitness-related television programs in the first and second decades of the 21st Century.” Plitt was regarded as one of the best models and ambassadors of the Men’s Fitness magazine. The Los Angeles fitness trainer had strict workout principles and an unwavering dedication to bodybuilding.

With the perfectly defined body as a personal trainer, a lot of the netizens coveted to have a body like Plitt’s. But, to acquire a physique that is synonymous with a masterpiece, it is critical to put in the amount of hard work Plitt put into his training.

Plitt spent most of his week in the gym, doing heavy weight lifting for all the different parts of the body, which he believed helped him gain overall growth. With the majority of the mass shipping his work ethic, Plitt believed in putting as much as one can into the workout and constantly challenging one’s abilities. He carried out an isolated muscle training regime for his workout.
