Zyzz was a pioneer in fitness influence and unfortunately died at 22 from a heart attack during a Thailand trip on August 5, 2011. An autopsy revealed an undiagnosed heart defect. He had faced legal issues for ste**d possession before his death. Now, his brother is breaking the pattern and has undergone surgery to overcome health hazards.

Despite these efforts, he found no relief.

Shavershian took to his Instagram and posted two pictures from the clinic and revealed, “I’ve been battling gyno on and off for over 3-4 years.” Gynecomastia, often a result of hormonal imbalances, is the enlargement of breast tissue in men. This condition can cause significant discomfort and embarrassment, leading many to seek a solution. It is also one of the most common side effects of ste**d use. One of his fans asked in the comments, “Why you had a surgery? Caused by steroids of why? (Asking out of curiosity).” To this, Shavershian replied, “yea caused by gear.”

He candidly confessed that his chest area and nipples were constantly sore and tender, presenting him with a lot of pain, something he had never really spoken about out of fear and shame. Taking a bold step towards improving his well-being, Said decided to undergo surgery to remove the glands causing the problem.
