After dominating the fitness and bodybuilding realms, 55-year-old fitness influencer and bodybuilder Mike O’Hearn is all set to leave his mark in Hollywood once again. He is currently working on his upcoming movie, about which he hasn’t disclosed major details yet. For the past few days, The Titan has been shooting for the movie, even spending over 12 hours on set on some days.
Recently, he posted a short video on his YouTube channel, giving a sneak peek at his role in the movie. Previously, he had worked on several movie sets, but the one fans loved the most was The World’s Finest, from which he earned his nickname Superman. O’Hearn is set to feature in a few action sequences for his new film. Let us have a look at the sneak peek he gave his fans.
The Titan reveals the gun he will wield in the movie

In the short video, O’Hearn was seen holding a gun, but there was a twist there. The gun looked small in comparison to the size of O’Hearn’s biceps. While the video highlighted how the movie was going to have a lot of action, it also shed light on how O’Hearn has maintained his physique well.
The former Mr. Universe has been working on his physique a lot for his role. Recently in a podcast, he had revealed the secret of having such flawless skin and physique even at this age. O’Hearn follows a straightforward rule to attain this physique and says, “F the people that says you can’t continue to get better and better, my goal is to look better.”
Apart from this rule, he strictly follows his workout regime to maintain his physique and is also consuming glutathione, which is good for reducing muscle soreness, and promotes the muscle synthesis process.
