Bodybuilding gained its prominence as an elite sport in the 1970s when legendary bodybuilders like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Frank Zane presented their sculpted physiques to the world. The 1970s Golden Era soon transformed into a Mass Monster era where bodybuilding icons over 300 lbs started lifting Sandow trophies. Many bodybuilders aiming to lift the 2023 Sandow Trophy, and Samson Dauda, kept the expectations high with his Arnold Classic win this year.

Now the elite coach of the Nigerian Lion shared the massive muscle gains of the bodybuilder while fearing trouble for keeping his bodybuilding fans updated.

The 5’11” beast debuted the Mr. Olympia scene in 2022 and was placed on 6th, stunning the bodybuilding world. He is now the topmost contender for the 2023 title, and his coach Milos Sarcev is highly positive about his mentee’s performance on stage. His Arnold Classic win beating the Mutant Nick Walker, in 2023, also adds weight to his participation in the Mr. Olympia. 

The coach, who once prioritized Dauda’s health, had now revealed Dauda’s physique as he is 12 weeks out from the competition. “Well…I might get in trouble…but – too bad so sad…at least it will be worth it. Scale stays the same (330 lbs) …conditioning improving. @samson__dauda – 12 weeks out,” he wrote in his post. The update also includes Dauda’s ripped physique and bulged thighs. 

While a video is not allowed to go online, the Serbian bodybuilder dared post a picture. Fans went frenzy to witness the bodybuilding icon’s muscle gains, and the post also received appreciation from a fellow bodybuilder.

The bodybuilding world never shuns appreciating the mass monster physiques. “I cam vouch I saw @samson__dauda yesterday.. he Was in clothes but but but he was the largest most bubbly I’ve ever seen him! So.. hahaha madness,” wrote James Graham Hollingshead. “Milos has created a God…,” wrote a stunned fan. 

“Man keeps improving at the craziest rate. Really rooting for him at the O,” commented a hardcore fan who is optimistic about the Dauda wins at Mr. Olympia. “Hate looking at Samson makes my body dysmorphia worse,” complained an insecure fan, who is amazed by the physique of Dauda. “Monsters do exist,” declared a fan.
