Earlier Youtuber, Paris Demers, posted a video titled, “Aaron Taylor Johnson’s Workout For Kraven And James Bond!” Demers treated fans with a detailed analysis of the English Actor’s workout. Moreover, he interviewed trainer Matt Hodges to understand the unique workout method. the Youtuber said, “Aaron Enlisted the help of PT Matt Hodges the next fitness model turned celebrity personal trainer who uses his incredibly well-thought-out mph method to get his clients into shape in record time.” The MPH method is a five-step process that includes- analysis, hormone testing, nutrition training, and manual therapy.

Furthermore, what sets apart this training method from others is its extensive focus on the physical analysis of the actor. For example, the analysis found out that Johnson had “had really long femurs and poor ankle Mobility,” so the trainer avoided barbell back squats. The tailor-made advanced exercise and nutrition plan enables clients to achieve their dream body in record time. The life of an actor may look flashy from the outside, but it requires a lot of hard work. Hence, many actors venture into bodybuilding as well. Earlier, celebrity trainer Simon Waterson opened up about achieving that envious jacked physique. He trained none other than the ex-007 agent, Daniel Craig.

Talking to Telegraph, Waterson revealed a seven-step approach to fitness. His primary method includes short bursts of cardio followed by strength training in the ratio of 5:2. This means 5 minutes of strength training accompanied by two minutes of cardio. Just like Hodges, the 50-year-old trainer of Daniel Craig also designs personalized workouts He said, “You cannot be another person because you haven’t got their genetics, but you might be able to look or feel or perform even better than they can.”
