In his latest YouTube shorts video, Cutler announced that he would be talking about back squats. He revealed how he likes to keep the bar a little low on his neck when he performs this exercise. He suggested that one should keep their head up in the process as well. Then Cutler explained, “Really, if you keep your head back and up a little bit it’s going to help with your plane as you go down.”

Moreover, the bodybuilder reverted to his mantra of “A** to the grass”. He directed that one should go both deep and parallel as they approach this exercise. “You want to do clean repetitions with the squats okay?” Cutler added, calling back squats “the meat and potato exercise” that will give one the best leg development. “It is ideal in your workout every single week,” he recommended.
