The 2017 World’s Strongest Man title winner, Eddie Hall, has been preparing himself for his upcoming challenges. While embarking on the journey to make his bodybuilding debut, he ensured that he tagged along Maximus Hall, his son. Well, it looks like the 11-year-old is already following in the footsteps of his father.
The father-son duo has been setting an example of quality family time. They often share their workout videos together on Instagram. The recent video of Junior Hall doing a dumbbell press left the Internet dumbstruck.
Maximus Hall makes a new personal record

Strongman beast Eddie Hall recently took to his official Instagram account and shared snippets from his chest training with his son. The eleven-year-old was seen lifting a whopping 50 lbs dumbbell press. He first put up a picture of him spotting his son while he attempted the personal record.

He then shared a video of the marvelous moment. Maximus Hall managed to pull out six reps of shoulder presses with the 50 lbs dumbbell while Eddie Hall stood there, motivating him like an ideal father. While fulfilling his responsibilities as a parent, Hall got emotional in the caption, and he wrote, “The Boy pressing 22.5kg / 50lbs dumbbells x6 reps on shoulders 🥹”.

Maximus Hall blew up the Internet with his demonstration of raw strength. They left comments like, “Kids gonna be a freak someday Eddie 🤘🏻 stick with it Max” and “World’s strongest 12 year old.” Another person went on to compare him to elite bodybuilders and commented, “Kid is shoulder pressing more than some grown men 🙌”.
