Height and weight differences in modern Strongmen and Olympia 212 bodybuilders

Most modern Strongmen usually weigh between 300 and 400 pounds, with an average height of 6.2ft. The tallest competitor stood at 6’8.5″ (205cm), while the shortest measured 5’10” (178cm). On the other hand, Shaun competes in the Olympia 212 category, designed for bodybuilders weighing under 212 pounds. This category typically features competitors with a more muscular and leaner physique than men’s physique, but not as much muscle mass as Mr. Olympia. Additionally, they must not exceed a height of 166cm or 5’5ft.
