The ster**d struggle is real for Vladislava Galagan

Training with weights and being on strict diet routines isn’t enough to become a Pro bodybuilder in recent times. So, bodybuilders resort to supplements, including ster**ds, to powerpack themselves with muscles. The challenge is even great for women in the sport. So, to maintain her well-acclaimed shredded physique, Galagan resorted to the ster**d cycle. However, she finds the off-cycle season challenging. “The struggle to accept yourself when you are off the cycle is real,” she said in her Instagram post.

But the 27-year-old is focusing on longevity in the sport and playing it safe by not going for a year-long cycle. “I’m not on one big cycle all year round,” Galagan confessed in the podcast clip she shared. But the Russian bodybuilder agrees with how the off cycle affects her psychologically.

Galagan finds it difficult to have the same motivation and passion to lift while not on gear. Initially, the 27-year-old found it hard to break from her shots, but she slowly imbibed how the off cycles are just a part of her bodybuilding journey. However, Galagan works out without a break, on or off gear. “I’ve been doing this sport since 16 years old, and I’ve put my heart at it,” she concludes in her post.
