25-time world-record-setting powerlifter Stefi Cohen is facing multiple charges after resisting arrest. Officers from the Miami-Dade Police Department police department approached the fitness influencer to take her into custody on 28th May. However, the powerlifter-turned-boxer refused to comply and landed in trouble. Bodybuilding veteran Marc Lobliner gave his opinion on how Cohen could’ve handled the situation.

During his latest livestream session on YouTube, Lobliner read the details of the Stefi Cohen case. The 43-year-old learned that the police approached Cohen to arrest her on charges filed by two individuals. One of them was her ex-boyfriend, who alleged that the boxer had hacked his iCloud account. She did so to procure an explicit image of a woman that a man had an affair with while in a relationship with Cohen.

Stefi Cohen’s ex and the woman alleged that she later shared those images on several group chats. However, Marc Lobliner commented on the fact that Cohen resisted arrest, tried to leg sweep an officer, and broke the locking mechanism of the police car. The bodybuilding veteran said what she did while being arrested “just compounds the matters,” introducing additional charges.

Cohen said that her “vengeful,” ex made unproven allegations. “She might not have committed a crime. This is all alleged, like we don’t know. She hasn’t been tried in front of a jury,” said the 43-year-old. However, he said that her actions during the arrest didn’t help her cause. “Now she has to deal with the crimes after the arrest,” added the competitive bodybuilder.

The bodybuilding icon also said that had Cohen kept calm, she could’ve appealed against the arrest in court. Lobliner even suggested that Cohen could’ve “sued the city,” had she been tablet to prove it was wrongful arrest in court. However, now those avenues have closed. Cohen has also been quiet since the incident.

However, the link she provided was invite-only. Since then, the bodybuilding enthusiast has made a cryptic post on Instagram. In the photo, Cohen seems to be getting ready for a boxing match, adjusting her hand wraps. “Text ‘TEA’ to: +1 310-861-2725,” Cohen wrote in the caption and also turned off the comments on her post.

While the powerlifting icon has kept things under wraps, the bodybuilding veteran concluded that forcefully resisting arrest was a mistake Stefi Cohen shouldn’t have made.
