The Instagram video does not show Swoll in his usual area, which is his car, where he generally does the videos. After that video, he again records another incident on the same day and says,?“And now I just caught her taking pictures of me.”?Little Elaine was busy taking his video on the huge iPhone that was bigger than her own hands. Joey Swoll calls himself out for breaking one of his golden rules

The man, who believes?in abiding by every rule of the gym, sadly broke one himself. He was trying to copy a certain Acrobat jump with dumbbells in his hand when he saw another gym goer attempt. Swoll was attempting the stunt outside of his gym, but the only individual present did not appreciate it.

Joey Swoll?s dog was angry at the stunt.?“The dog in the background did NOT give me permission to film him and barked at me. I have apologized to the puppers and given them lots of treats and belly rubs. I apologize to my community and all of you,”?said Swoll. So, even the animal kingdom is included in his gym positivity rules.
