At 50 health should be your priority imo, not trying to be huge. The body can?t handle that the same as when you were 25 ? 30.??So according to him, one can get huge at 50, but he does not recommend it. Nonetheless, his back muscles were not made in one day, and he has been doing this since he was very young. So fans naturally were astounded at his physique.
