Four-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler was one of the bodybuilders who got insanely big during his prime. Revealing the secret behind this, he thanked his diet during a podcast with Ryan Pineda.
‘The Comeback Kid’ disclosed during the interview that, however, he does not believe in the concept of counting calories; he was probably taking around 6,000–7,000 calories during his prime bodybuilding days.
