In the video, it shows the Mountain bravely strutting towards the ice-cold water surrounded by snow, while wearing only his boxers. The giant bodybuilding champion seems very much at ease even at the coldest of the cold temperatures. He also makes the video funny by having funny background music along with using a comb to take care of his beard as he takes his ice-cold bath.

Finally, at the end of the video, there is a huge dollop of snow that is thrown on his face, and he seems to be having a good time in the snow as if he is inside a spa. Ice cold baths are extremely good for inflammation and different kinds of joint pains, but they are extremely cold as well so clearly, the Mountain has a lot of endurance.
He is not giving up on Arnold Classic 2024 and is ready to break the record that he has achieved previously. Bjornsson wrote captions like, “Who wants to see 520kg?” and “My world record is 474kg. Will I beat that at Arnold’s this year?” He’s aiming at hitting 1146 LBS at the Arnold Classic in 2024, which is incredible. The fans are looking forward to it and after watching the ice-cold plunge video, they gave their hilarious comments.

A follower asked a question and said, “Is this a normal Icelandic bath for a giant?” Another fan was extremely surprised seeing him in minus-degree temperature, and said, “Bro has frost-bitten chestnuts freezing over a block of us, screw a fire 🤣.” Finally, a fan declared, “That’ll wake you up.”
