Samson Dauda eats as much as he wants

In the podcast, when they started talking about how Samson was taking the time off, the IFBB pro answered that he was slowly settling into the life of resting. He said that he was doing things that he wanted to get out of his system, like eating all the carbs and spending time with his family.
Dauda also mentioned that he is indulging himself and eating and said, ?I?ve got it out of the system?. This is so that he can prepare for the next competition properly. To this trajectory, Fouad Abiad added, ?Hunter was like blending food and having shakes and this and that and he took 4th at the Olympia.
Then he takes 7th to the Olympia and doesn?t look the way he wants to so then he?s like ?ok now I?m holding back??? Hunter Labrada had switched up his diet after coming 7th in 2022 Mr. Olympia he was not eating and training as and when he wanted but had a fixed routine.

And Samson added that the food habit is more about how the body of the athlete reacts to it, he also said, ?The last show normally dictates the trend?? Samson Dauda likes eating food as he has mentioned in this podcast as well and previously he has tried Korean food as well.

Hell Chang, a famous Korean TV?artist known for his adventurous tastebuds invited Samson to join him on a culinary journey. Dauda was fascinated since he was consuming a strict protein and vegetable diet then.

They tried out live octopus, which is a Korean delicacy called ?San-nakji.? Dauda was taken aback by the dish but tried it after Chang explained that the dish has stamina-boosting properties.
