Mike O?Hearn is a veteran?bodybuilding icon in his own right. The 54-year-old won Mr. Universe 4 times, and was the face of numerous magazine covers. In the recent episode of ?Generation Iron and Barbend?s The Mike O?Hearn? show, Frank Zane joined him for a discussion. His discussion delved into the world of bodybuilding, philosophies of training, and the evolution of the fitness industry.
