He spoke about his morning routine from almost two and half years ago, and since then he has been monitoring his routine every day. It involves a meticulous approach to various aspects of well-being. His morning starts between 4:30 am to 6 am early in the morning. He prefers to wake up naturally, he stated that he avoids alarms for a relaxed start.
He proudly stated, “I’ve become the most measured person in history and I think the health markers we’ve achieved are pretty remarkable.”
Afterward, he began his day with an ear temperature measurement using a bronze thermostat device. He does this to ensure his body temperature is in control and between 95.5 and 96 degrees Fahrenheit. Right after this, he uses UV light with 10,000 Lux intensity to enhance his sleep quality and synchronize his circadian rhythm. He is bound to take almost 50 pills in the morning.

He ensures his iron levels by taking heme iron (10mg) and vitamin C (250 mg) daily. Each morning he checks his weight, and BMI just for a comprehensive view of his overall health. After taking the medicines he went for a blue light therapy which helped him have clear skin. He tends to dry eyes, organizes pills bi-weekly, and sinks green giant mixture with over 50 supplements.
While preparing his breakfast, he used a red light therapy to prevent hair loss. His morning meal preparation includes a super veggie puree, nutty pudding, and fermented foods, ensuring a nutrient-rich diet. Afterward, he delved into a workout routine, which usually lasted for 30-40 minutes. He mentioned that he usually he attempts intense routine but, during the video, he did it moderately.

He also advises others to exercise daily, and follow a routine just like he did, although he said that it’s not compulsory to try the things he does, instead inclined on routine would be beneficial and suits your body. Regular exercise not only helps you improve physical health but it also effective for mental well-being. He encourages people to take small steps for better health.
