Iain Valliere is 33 and has taken the brave decision to retire from?bodybuilding at such a young age. The pro bodybuilder was not only a New York Pro winner but also coached Chris Bumstead and is his brother-in-law. Seems like he has everything that he wants, a good career, an amazing family and a loving wife but still something is missing. Valliere is missing his previously amazing hair and does not seem satisfied with it. To be fair to him, he’s lost quite a bit of it. But he doesn’t seem to be taking that lying down.?

In a recent video with Fouad Abiad, Mike Van Wyck, and Paul Lauzon they talked about many topics such as the Romania Pro where Samson Dauda won, the predictions for Prague competitions, and even Bumstead?s baby. Then came the questions that Valliere answered about his plans to get a hair transplant.

The retired bodybuilding pro spoke about doing some weight training where he is doing it for three days a week and he also does some cardio and ?running stuff? as he stated in the video. Valliere also spoke about his birthday which is on the 27th and his plans for the day.

When asked what his plans were he said that he would be in Dubai and Turkey. He also spoke about his hair transplant and said, ?Actually, I think I am getting my hair done on my birthday.? Paul Lauzon then asked him, ?So, after that you cannot wash your hair for a while, right? For a few weeks?? Valliere replied, ?Well, I?ll have no hair.? He further stated that all his hair would be shaved off and then his new hair would shine through from the follicles in about a month. Abiad said that he would not mind the frontal hairline if he had hair like Valliere but just fill in the balding spot behind the head. To this, Paul came forward and said it was not that bad and Valliere retorted, “It’s pretty bad…” Fouad was encouraging because he said he likes Valliere?s current hair. The Canadian IFBB pro said, ?Wait a minute we all like Iaian’s hair calm down.? He then asked Valliere to show the back of his head which was thinning and asked Paul if he would be okay with that in his youth.

Paul said he would not mind it and Valliere agreed and said, ?I don?t really care anymore?? This is when Abiad became candid and said his balding started at 33 and he was bothered by it. Valliere said that the thinning hair did bother him in his early 30s but he stopped caring after that. Abiad supported Valliere and said, ?If it doesn’t bother you then fuc** right.? The bodybuilding veterans were all for Valliere’s plans and supported him. Even Hafthor Bjornsson has had a hair transplant and chronicled it on his social media handle.
