Phil Heath was a renowned bodybuilder, having won the Mr. Olympia title seven times. He’s often called “The Gift” due to his exceptional muscle development, well-proportioned physique, and top-notch conditioning. His impressive achievements tie him to the second-most Mr. Olympia titles in history, sharing that position with Arnold Schwarzenegger.

A YouTube channel called BodybuildBeast recently uploaded a video about the untold truth about steroids and winning Mr. USA. In the video, he was asked whether he had worries about using steroids and the possible health impacts in the long run during his bodybuilding journey.

In this video, Phil Heath, a big name in bodybuilding, opened up about his experience using steroids on his journey to becoming the Mr. USA champion. He said, “I took less than everybody and I can, I can point it out. I have blood work from the very beginning. I won the Mr USA, taking 500 milligrams of testosterone with a shot of Deca a week, but I whopped everybody’s a*s, didn’t take growth hormone until my second Arnold Classic. I had already won two pro shows and now I decided to take growth hormone for the first time”

Phil stated, “What is the difference between me and everybody else? Well it’s just time”. To which the host asked “Not drugs”. Phil replied, “What is drugs going to do, it’s not going to shrink time. You need time in the gym.” Phil Heath, is now in the Sports Hall of Fame. Phil Heath, who won Mr. Olympia seven times, is famous for his great behavior, strong dedication, and impressive accomplishments. These qualities all played a role in making him who he is today.

Phil Heath interviews Chris Williamson

In a recent interview with Chris Williamson on YouTube, Heath admitted, ” I messed around with Tran and stuff like that. But even that, I’ve realized how harsh that is.” He also talks about how harmful these drugs can be to a bodybuilder’s health. Phil says, “That’s just stupid. It literally says like liver kidney damage.” But then he adds, ” However, he follows it up by saying, “I was like Ah, that’s not happening.
