When the young bodybuilder was told that he would get fat if he ate 1000 calories worth of donuts for dinner, he instantly dismissed such notions. The bodybuilder said without hesitation how he replied to a fan’s comment regarding the same. He recalled, “It’s purely thermodynamics.” Then the bodybuilder moved on to explain how maintaining one’s body and reducing weight is just about the numbers. He stated, “It’s just a numbers game with calories.”
He argued that no matter what one bodybuilder eats after a workout, if they restrict themselves to their desired calorie limit, it does not matter whether they have chocolate milk or chicken rice and vegetables. Because if they have a bit more than what is designated for the day, they will still gain weight. Hence, Sulek firmly believed that eating junk wouldn’t be a problem if the calorie intake was maintained.
Sam Sulek’s inclinations towards professional bodybuilding seem to be growing over time. This was seen in one of his recent videos with none other than Iain Valliere.
