As he mentioned in the title of the video, “I Toured Eddie Hall’s $500,000 Recovery Set Up.” They began by showcasing the giant swimming tub. According to the video, Hall built the recovery set during the COVID lockdown.
In the video, Hooper said that Eddie Hall’s recovery tools were extremely expensive, compared to what others used. “If you go full in and you do things like the hyperbaric chamber some of that stuff is actually unbelievably helpful if you’re willing to put up the money to do it. The reason I say don’t worry about all that stuff is because it’s impractical for most but for the select few it’s not impractical,” Hooper said.
Furthermore, they delved into a conversation about the benefits of cold therapy, particularly using a cold tub. Likely, Hall also emphasized the importance of a good night’s sleep to recover from the injury. However, the video also hints at a new chapter in their journey.
