In a recent Instagram post, Cutler talked about how one can get pumping during and after a workout. He uploaded a video in which he said, “The rest time can’t be too long. It’s all about repetitions and it’s all about the pump” explaining one of the most important tips. Along with this, he emphasized the importance of hydration, for which, he suggested drinking a lot of water before and during the training.

Apart from water, one can also use hydration products. Continuing further, he said that we had a lot of great pump products. Talking about his second tip for pumping, he stressed the food intake. He revealed, “Your best pumps are going to come eating four meals a day prior to working out.”
Moreover, he added, sometimes when you only have one meal in in the morning, you hit the gym. However, the pumps aren’t going to be as much because you’re going to be way more hydrated, with more food consumed. Highlighting the significance of carbs, he said, “carbohydrates are your key because that’s going to give you muscle glycogen, which is going to give you a better pump.”
Talking about his training to get muscle pumped, he said that he trained with eight-plus repetitions on most of his sets. Suggesting further, he said that one should take a 45 to 60-second break between each set. Besides this, Jay Cutler once revealed that he used a special machine for workouts so that he could pump what he needed.

The Instagram post showed Cutler using the Hammer Strength Machine to pump his arms and chest. Cutler gets started with the training by adding heavy weights to the Hammer machine. After doing so, the Olympia champ started training his bicep with the major objective of getting muscle pumped in mind.
