However, even the strongest of men can have horrific incidents that scare them to the core.

In a recent YouTube video with Will Tennyson, the champion challenged Will to train with him. Tennyson accepted the challenge and documented the session. While they both were working out rigorously, Mitchell shared a horrific incident that happened to him during the Arnold Classic preparations, and Will was shocked to hear that.

Mitchell Hooper recalls a horrifying incident while training

After attempting to lift a whole structure with three plates attached to each side and groaning in pain, Will and Hooper started talking about the experience of training to become a bodybuilder. To this, Mitchell said, “Leading up to the Arnold, I did a front Zercher with about 700 walked the yolk down, and there was a bead of sweat that came down my neck when I was doing it. Someone comes over, runs over, and they go, you okay?”

He further explains, “Yeah, I’m fine! Bleeding out my ear.” Will Tennyson had a shocked expression hearing this.

Hooper said, “Bloody nose, popping out of blood vessels in the eye, bleeding ear, bleeding shins…it’s quite a punishing sport.” Will had a different perspective on the hustle and said, “It’s kind of sexy though”.

Hooper’s dedication to his craft and Tennyson’s perseverance

The whole video shows how dedicated Tennyson is to the training session, and Hooper was impressed. The World’s Strongest Man also complimented him by saying, “The log press, that was very impressive.” Hooper was also explaining how he overcompensated for the training and kept on training with massive weights in the video, even after saying this.
