When The Titan was asked about the difference between a rushed fitness regime and a fast yet connected one, the bodybuilder gave out a crucial insight about the whole affair. So it’s a huge difference really.” The O’Hearn made it clear that he had experimented by slowing down people’s reps one after the other and instead of being more productive, their ranges usually dropped down to half, till O’Hearn pointed out that they only give around four or five reps.
