Recently, he made himself the talk of the town by posting an awe-inspiring photo of his back with a caption that underscores the significance of the mindset in achieving targets. The bodybuilding legend believes that no matter whatever the dream one can have, with a switch in mindset, the impossible can become possible. Instead of fear of failure, one should have fear of regrets, he suggests.

In a recent Instagram post, Hendrickson posted a picture showing his monstrous back. Shedding light on the power of the mindset, the caption of his post says, “You can make your prep really easy or really hard all with your mindset, it’s a choice”

The Men’s Physique winner further revealed “After competing for almost 12 years, I’ve had to endure very difficult preps but as I became wise and experienced in the sport, I learned to switch my mindset.”
Later, he suggests how one should enjoy the process without being worried about failure as failure is better than regret. He said,

Taking to Instagram, Hendrickson posted a video of himself giving body poses in front of the mirror. In the caption, he wrote about how much time and effort a bodybuilder should put into building up their potential through precise poses. Sharing the advice, he wrote, “You have to be ready for any situation“. He believes that one should hold their poses on stage for the judges to test their conditioning.
