Even after hurting his leg, the Mutant pushed through and expected to participate in the competition. Unfortunately, the injury was too severe, and he could not navigate without the wheelchair.

The news devastated the entire bodybuilding world, and veteran bodybuilders showed love and confidence towards him at the expo where he went. However, he updated his emotions on Instagram recently.?

Nick Walker wrote a heartfelt message for his fans

Walker’s injury took the whole bodybuilding world by surprise. However, the People?s Choice winner and the 2021 Arnold Classic champion was still sporting enough to go to the expo and attend the press conference in the Mr. Olympia competitions. Reputed figures like Milos Sarkev and?Hany Rambod cheered for him and gave him their support.

Nick Walker came onto Instagram recently and uploaded a carousel of black-and-white pictures of himself and his coach. Along with that, the bodybuilding champion had a long message for his fans as well as his loved ones. He wrote in the caption, ?We worked as hard we could for that final moment, unfortunately, things happen that aren’t in our control.? He did not take this setback to heart, even if, while announcing the news, he was tearing up in a previous video.

The Mutant continued, ?But we stayed hopeful and did everything we could do to fix the issue, unfortunately, time just wasn’t on our side, I know this hurt you just as bad as it hurt me, we truly felt like this was going to be the year, this was supposed to be special for us, I wish I could give you an answer as to why but I just don’t have one except I’m sorry this happen, but what doesn’t kill us only makes us….. stronger, we will rise above this, just like we do everything else, our time is coming it’s just not now, but when it does, at that moment we will than understand why, and the moment will truly be a special one. I love you, bro, whatever it takes.? He ended the message on a good note and promised that he would be back next year.
