Generation Iron Fitness Network is the first-ever digital network for bodybuilding, strength sports, and fitness. It has a vast reach among the fitness community, and apart from sharing interviews of elite athletes and giving updates about what’s new in the fitness world, it has also been doing exceptionally great at promoting gym goers. They use their social media platforms to reshare videos and photos of amateur athletes trying to lead a healthy lifestyle.

The NYC-based digital media company recently took to its official Instagram account and shared a video of one such young athlete, estimated to be in his teenage years. In the video, he was seen attempting to finish off a set of lat pull-downs. He is an exceptionally skinny boy, trying out a workout regime.

Their intention of sharing the video was to spotlight the effort that the boy was making, as they substantiated the video by writing, We all start somewhere. Let’s all support each other! 💪💪” However, looks like it did not work that way. The amount of weight was heavier than his capacity, which made the range of motion uncontrollable for him, as a result of, he kept swinging.

The boy barely managed to pull out three reps before the video was already over. The entire fitness community came together and mocked him for trying too hard.

The fitness community was left startled by Generation Iron’s video

The entire bodybuilding community filled the post with comments of exceptional satire after watching the video. While one of them sarcastically wrote, “Intense workout for joints!”

Another, taking to the insane level of pull that the video demonstrated while the workout, commented, “Full Range Of Motion 😂🤣”

A follower, taking to the level of flexibility, wrote, “What’s this kid made of, elastic?”

A lot of them reverted to the supporting each other part enunciated by Generation Iron and made comments of concern. One of them wrote, “I’m all for supporting each other as long as no one is getting hurt… this is gonna be “getting hurt.

Another, taking to his extreme movements during the set, humorously questioned, “Who’s pulling who?”
