He believes there?s no one answer to staying fit, and that it keeps evolving over time. He said, ?What works for a person at one time in their life isn’t the same. And that’s the whole thing about bodybuilding: it’s adaption.”

Arrington was born as a premature baby and battled through several health issues for the major part of his childhood, per the source. He became a regular gym goer, manifesting a fit and healthy life thereafter. Fast forward to seven decades later, the athlete swears by his regiment even at 90. He?s a gym freak at the mecca of bodybuilding, Gold?s Gym in Venice Beach. Arrington trains twice a week for two hours consistently with no intention of stopping. Moreover, he consistently reassesses his diet which appears to be a secret of his evergreen regime. ?I changed my diet entirely. I figured if I did that, I could continue training, and I could keep this thing up,? the athlete noted in the interview with Men’s Health.?
