In the video, he is extensively explaining how to hold the heavy dumbbell when working out on forearms. Since the weight is on the wrists, it is essential to have them at a perfect angle. Mike says, ?This gotta be strong, this is the portion we?re working now so strength then, gotta come from the wrist strong, keep the elbow still.?

The one holding the camera asks, ?How does the strength come from the wrist?? And Mike swiftly answers, ?Well because of its position. And again, if it’s dipped, it’s gonna put the stress on it (forearm). And everything comes from the wrist. Anything that?s not the foundation, when you?re squatting, if your feet aren?t planted flat then you?re gonna be off-centred.?

O?Hearn also warns against injuries if the center is off, ?Injuries is what?s going to end your career. It?s the ligaments and joints hurting, mostly the joints.? He has also recently changed to power bodybuilding and incorporated that into his daily routine.

Mike reveals the power bodybuilding technique

Taking to his Instagram, The Gladiator posted?a video where he is talking about relaxing and moving those ligaments. He says, ?Week after week I can feel the body changing, strength increasing, and muscle being built.?
