The celebrity coach confirmed that the Oscar award nominee never backs out from performing his stunts and maintains his physique around the clock. Spilling beans on the Hollywood hunk’s fitness regimen, Lower confesses that Cruise is a no “bullshit” guy when training at the gym.
He credits Cruise’s best fitness team in the world for keeping up with the advanced scientific technology available in the fitness market. Substantiating his words, Lower said, “I do know that he uses this very expensive, high-end machine,” which is different from the regular chest press machine.
“It works you on your eccentric load, pushing you back,” he added, which helps in the desired output for minimum reps. Lower credited the actor for his religious gym routine and healthy diet plan. Negating the age factor of the 61-year-old, Lower specified, “in the flesh and he looks 10 years younger.” Earlier, the co-star of Tom Cruise in the upcoming installment of Mission Impossible revealed a valuable fitness suggestion he got from the action hero.
