While the idea of home gym workouts increasingly grows popular among fitness celebrities and athletes, two of them have already gone ahead with their endeavors. Days after Ronnie Coleman‘s $200k worth home gym was sold, sports scientist and former athlete, Mike Israetel recently flexed his newly-installed lavish gym.?

Taking to his popular YouTube channel, Renaissance Periodization, the bodybuilder showed around his $250k home gym, along with the unique, hand-picked equipment and the best technology to assist best workouts.?

Enthralled by his new personal gym, the Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner was excited to share the news with his fans and the fitness community. Sharing his idea on why he chose to build the 2,500 sq. foot home gym, Israetel revealed that given his workaholic nature, he did not want to lose any of his precious time, driving or waiting around.?

?I just want to do more work. I’m a workaholic it’s a problem,? the former athlete said. With his intent of saving time from going to and fro from his gym, the scientist claimed to have set up his own. ?I want to just be on my own property and walk 50 feet outside my house and boom have a gym when I build this gym I wanted it to be good enough to have close to Optimal workouts for myself and for my wife,? Israetel mindfully added.?

Furthermore, expressing his humble self, the Sports Physiology expert shared that it?s not a ?huge? gym but comes with every foundational equipment there is, which enhances his workout quality. ?I legitimately have the best workouts I?ve had anywhere,? the Russian fitness icon revealed. However, speaking of The King, this idea was brought to reality more than a decade ago.?

The IFBB champion opened up about his motive for building his own home gym in a YouTube video on his channel. After years of working out at Metroflex and winning several bodybuilding titles, Coleman shared that he did not want any interruptions and disturbances, since he wanted to win his 9th title.?

As per sources, working out at Metroflex was getting difficult because of the constant attention from fans asking for pictures and autographs. ?For me to get the title back I have to be totally focused no interruptions whatsoever so I?m gonna do this at home,? he said. Sadly, the athlete recently sold his home and the gym altogether, given he was shifting to a more luxurious home with his family of four.?
