Two core values, curiosity, and hunger for learning, Schwarzenegger claimed, brought him all the fame and triumph. Moreover, referring to his accomplishments, the athlete related his case to the narrative of the 1994 Hollywood hit, Forrest Gump, starring Tom Hanks. He said that he was once told that his story is the “real life” Forrest Gump.

As per a source, the Austrian Oak revealed that his curiosity landed him in “insane” places of life, achieving things he had never even imagined. He shared that he visited the former president of South Africa, Nelson Mandela’s old jail cell with him; met up with Mikhael Gorbachev, the final Soviet Union president, and confessed that the Union needs to be dismantled; hung out with George H.W. Bush at Camp David, deriving wisdom. The athlete also met the greatest directors, actors, world leaders, and Popes from around the globe.

The 75-year-old icon added that he met every U.S. President, besides Lyndon Johnson after he moved to the country. Thus, his friend, Daniel once joked about his achievements, saying, he was “the real-life Forrest Gump” The 6’2” pro finds it hilarious, however, clarified that it was not mere fortune that helped him grow into a megastar. It was his zeal for life and an open mind.

The IFBB champion thoughtfully added, “I’m hungry to learn, I’m curious, and I spent more time asking questions than I do talking. You know the old saying that God gave us two ears and one mouth for a reason, so we should listen twice as much as we talk? I believe it 100%.” Besides this, Schwarzenegger has one other quality that has assisted his success.

Thus, he wrote in the note, “The positive part is the easiest part of me to copy. A lot easier than the accent and the 22-inch arms.” The post came as a reply to a fan’s appreciation for him that marked Schwarzenegger as a positive human being and hailed him as an idol.
