“I’m So Grateful”: Chris Pratt Gives a Heartfelt Tribute to Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Daughter for Holding Down His Fort

Upon the release of the superhero film, Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3, lead and Hollywood star, Chris Pratt has been receiving a lot of hails from his in-laws, that is, Arnold Schwarzenegger and his family. However, this time, it was the actor himself, who took a moment to cherish the legend’s daughter and his beloved wife, Katherine for her constant support and love throughout. 

Pratt also felt blessed for his profession and embraced it with a heartfelt note, on Instagram. His story featured a post from last year, a picture of his kids presenting a cake to him upon his return from the shoot. The note revealed that it was his last day at the GOTG sets.

As per the source, the 43-year-old star put up a throwback post from exactly a year ago, that marked the end of his GOTG Vol.3 shoots. While expressing his gratification for being a successful actor, he also admitted that it was particularly difficult for him to be away from his family, location-wise. He wrote, “One year ago today, we wrapped Guardians Vol.3. I’m so blessed to do what I do, AND being away on location is tough.” 

Furthermore, he dedicated the note to his “sweet” wife, Katherine. He appreciated her for taking care of the home and kids, all by herself while he was away for work. “I’m so grateful to my sweet Katherine for holding down the fort while I’m away. Love you hunny,” Pratt added in the story.

Referring to the post shared, he chimed, “It’s brownie time.” An adorable home-baked cake titled “Welcome Home Daddy!” was displayed in the picture with the caption stating, “That’s a wrap. Grateful to be home.” By the same token, Katherine recently shared a tribute for his husband, iterating her admiration and pride for his work and values.

Taking to her Instagram, the starlet hailed her husband as the “hardest worker” alongside being a great father. A long heartfelt message revealed her fondness for the Hollywood actor and his talent. Moreover, she highlighted the high-value GOTG holds in his career as a actor, and felt humbled to be a part of it. 

“I am constantly in awe of your ability to do it all and so grateful for your love and presence in my life and the kids’ lives, even when you’re working like crazy,” she wrote in the post. The 33-year-old author shared that the picture in the update was taken when she first saw him dressed as the character, Star-Lord.
