Hadi Choopan had a pretty rough season last Mr. Olympia. Much like Flex Wheeler in his prime, Choopan had stormed off from the Mr. Olympia 2023 stage when he was chosen as the runner-up and Derek Lunsford received the winning title. Ever since then, Choopan’s determination to go beyond the limiting point really was proved to be possible because of his efforts.

After getting the second position, the 36-year-old bodybuilder participated in two Arnold Classic competitions and won both against the Nigerion Lion, Samson Dauda. The massive improvement seen in The Persian Wolf’s body between the season of Mr. Olympia and Arnold Classic truly speaks for the hard work he invested. After proving his skills, the bodybuilder now declares how he needs a bit of rest.

In one of his YouTube videos, Hany Rambod shared Choopan’s bicep routines, focusing on the latter’s machine bicep curls. He also showed the Persian Wolf performing six unilateral reps as well as four bilateral reps for his biceps. The Unilateral bicep curls help in attaining a balanced muscle symmetry under equal tensions. It also helps in building muscle-mind connections. Choopan’s bilateral curls on the other hand help in approaching the brachialis and brachioradialis at the very same time.
