Goggins’ advice mainly centered on intensity and determination. He was talking about how nature was unleashing a heatwave and was angry. However, Goggins went on to say that he was as angry as Mother Nature. Goggins then said that while he was going for his usual run, a person passed him in the car. The guy then said, “Why the fu** are you out here?”
According to the trainer, he replied, “Because you’re not. Sometimes your motivation needs to be because no one else wants to fu** do it.” He called out to the people who asked him “why” he ran in the heat or did not take breaks even after retirement. Goggins advised in the caption that one should stand out rather than fit in, no matter what happens. Earlier, the trainer had put himself to the test and overcame his fear of water, proving his point once again.
