The video was uploaded by Generation Iron on their Instagram and it shows a gym freak doing pull-ups on a bar. However, their technique is quite aggressive and unique. They are pulling up their whole body while swinging their arms and swinging their legs back.

Other patrons surrounded him, laughing, while some were concerned. Finally, after 6 reps the man fell to the ground in quite a painful manner and the video ended. The post was captioned with, “Wait till the end… 🥺 #gymf**kery #generationiron @gymf**ery.”

All the comments were either about his bad technique or just making fun of the man’s exercise. The fitness world is both concerned and baffled at the man doing these pull-ups.

Followers are stunned

The comments were laughing at the man or saying that what happened was going to happen anyway due to his bad form. One said, “Well deserved.” Another person wrote, “I’m glad that happened.”

This video is funny but also concerning because the wrong technique might injure a gym freak in a bad way. There is also a need for a spotter which was not there in the video and the man falling in the end might have hurt immensely. All in all, this is a light-hearted video that teaches how not to do pull-ups.
