The 38-year-old bodybuilder is educating his fans on the proper ways of exercising and eating clean to gain the best physique. Recently, he took to his Instagram, which has 4.3 million followers, and told them the biggest secret to gaining muscles and abs.

Noel disregarded a famous saying by Ms. Figure Olympia champion Hany Rambod and Steve Miller of AMP Gym and gave his own twist to the motto. The video is going to be an eye-opener for his fans.

In his latest Instagram video, Deyzel spoke about something significant in the bodybuilding world. He discussed the importance of having a proper diet that is free of everything harmful to the body. Deyzel took the motto by Hany Rambod and gave it a little ?spice.?

The video displayed Noel cooking a delicious and healthy meal in the kitchen. He first saut?ed a chicken breast with seasoning, added broccoli, and then finally added rice to make a healthy and tasty fried rice recipe.

Along with making the food, Deyzel narrated his idea on how to make abs. He said,?”Abs are made in the kitchen, Bu***t. Your whole physique is made in the kitchen.”?He then pointed out the reason for this thought and said,?“Think about it; if you put the wrong grade of fuel in a sports car, it’s not gonna function at its best performance. The same goes for our bodies.”

According to the IFBB pro bodybuilder, we constantly put our bodies through?“hell”?in the gym, and fitness enthusiasts need to eat right to maintain their health. Along with making people aware of their physical health, Deyzel does not forget to talk about mental health as well.

In a previous heartbreaking post, the bodybuilder wrote, “By the end of this video, ten men would have attempted to take their own life.” He justifies this statement by explaining the societal prejudices against both men and women. “Society has forced men to suffer in silence because we are seen as weak if we ask for help,” he continues.

During Men?s?Mental Health Month?in June, he took on the responsibility to spread awareness about this issue. Noel suggested, “Check in with the men in your life. It starts with a simple ‘How are you?'”
