It is difficult to find legit videos on fitness in today’s world amidst the rise in social media, but there’s one bodybuilding star Noel Deyzel a.k.a Daddy Noel who’s an internet sensation and provides fitness tips in videos shorter than 2 minutes. The 38-year-old took to bodybuilding when he was just 21 years old due to his insecurity over his lean physique.

Noel took the fitness world by storm after debuting TikTok in early 2020. His videos soon went viral and has a massive following of over 6 Million on the platform. Back in 2008, he joined YouTube and celebrates over 3M subscribers. He educates his followers in aspects such as diet, training, lifestyle, etc. On May 4th, he added another video to his YouTube channel which has already garnered 50K likes.

Daddy Noel shares a tip for shoulder exercise

In the YouTube short, the muscular beast says, “Next time you doing shoulders, try this!” He asks his followers to hold the “bottom bar” of the triangle grip while doing shoulders. He credits TikTok for the tip and tests it out.

“Instead of the usual grip we switch over to this and grab the bottom ball, but how is it? If anything, you can get the same results with just a cuff,” he says. However, Deyzel suggests his fans give it a try and see if they prefer it over the traditional grip.

The YouTube star’s honest opinion of getting a ripped physique

Noel Deyzel is quite honest with his thoughts and expresses them without any filters. His honest attitude once came into display when he once answered,” Right now, it’s slightly uncomfortable. I say with the primary reason, it’s kinda affecting my sleep and my energy levels,” to the query of how he feels being so muscular. He further added that his sleep quality depends on his weight. “But as my weight increases, my sleep quality deteriorates,” he said.
