Greg Doucette on the importance of recovering after training

The IFBB Pro fitness coach is further asked another question: “How can I do proper cardio when my legs are constantly sore & weak from heavy squat and deadlift sessions.” To this, Greg Doucette advises that it is not important to go extremely heavy on your squats and deadlifts all the time.
