Bodybuilding veteran Greg Doucette has worn many shoes over his long-lasting career in strength and fitness. After competing in bodybuilding, powerlifting, and even endurance sports like cycling, the IFBB Pro has stuck to bodybuilding. While he mostly critiques problematic trends in fitness, Doucette showed how he maintained his physique despite being over 40.

The bodybuilder posted on Instagram to kick off the Toronto Pro show. “@toprosupershow weekend is here,” wrote the bodybuilding veteran while posting a photograph of himself hitting the front double biceps pose. “Sitting at 7% body fat while doing mostly biking,” said Greg Doucette as he showed off his shredded physique, almost looking ready to step on stage.

However, the fitness influencer explained that he won’t be competing. “I’m not competing but rather here to just cheer for support the athletes,” clarified the former Canadian National Bodybuilding champion. Despite doing mostly cardio, Greg Doucette has maintained not just a shredded but muscular physique as well.

However, the fitness influencer has always been transparent about his enhanced status in the past. Although Greg Doucette no longer uses PEDs, he still undergoing prescribed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).

Doucette damaged his body’s natural hormone-producing mechanism and hence requires TRT to maintain optimal testosterone levels. However, bodybuilding fans were impressed with Doucette despite him not being natural.

Bodybuilding fans encouraged Greg Doucette to compete

“Don’t need to cycle, just hop on stage,” commented one fan.
