IFBB pro coach and World record holder Greg Doucette is someone who always rejects and reevaluates other bodybuilders’ advice on YouTube. The bodybuilder eradicates a lot of stereotypes and myths about steroids, as well as things related to fitness like dieting. He has revealed a lot of important information about other bodybuilding?icons, such as the Liver King and even Mike O?Hearn. This is not to say that Doucette always disagrees with other bodybuilders.

He recently saw a video of British YouTuber, Hamza Ahmed, who concentrates on self-improvement and bodybuilding. Doucette commented on the video to see how authentic the advice of the fitness influencer was.

It is very rare for the controversial YouTuber to agree with other bodybuilders on a particular topic. He always presents statistical facts to disagree with a particular idea or topic. However, this time, he agreed to the bodybuilder who has 2.1 million subscribers on YouTube.

Doucette decided to comment on a video of Ahmed, where he decided to show how to get an aesthetic body. The video by Hamza has 4.5 million views at the moment, and this is the reason that Doucette decided to see the video and check for himself how authentic it is. The video to get an aesthetic body was for males from the age of 13 to 30. Greg Doucette also clarified the fact that this video was mostly for young men who were not trying to power lift, or become bodybuilders, but trying to look lean and chiseled.

Hamza narrated in his video, ?Guides you?ll see online will have you lifting heavy three times a week focusing on compound movements.? Then Ahmed goes on to show that guys who do not work out, say this advice on Reddit. After showing this clip, Doucette agrees with Ahmed and says, ?He says, specifically don?t focus on the compound movements training, three days a week while in a large calorie surplus. And so for me, I am going to have to agree with him.?

Then the bodybuilder who wants to improve men?s physique goes into explaining the hierarchy of attractive muscle groups. Greg even agreed with this, and said that certain muscle groups are more attractive than others, and should be enhanced. Getting the agreement of the IFBB coach is not easy since even Dwayne ?The Rock? Johnson gets the brunt of Greg Doucette.?

Greg had previously commented on a video by??The Rock? where the actor and bodybuilder had said that he consumes six to eight thousand calories per day. The former bodybuilding pro did not agree with this statement, and said, ?If he ate that kind of calories, six to eight thousand a day, he would be a hundred pounds overweight.?

Then the IFBB pro decided to reveal what he always reviews about most bodybuilders. He said,??Perhaps I?m crushing people?s dreams by saying I don?t believe the Rock?s natural.? The experienced bodybuilder hinted at the fact that Johnson might have taken supplements like HRT and TRT.
