Doucette remarked on the revelation that Hormozi was allegedly undergoing Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) at a dosage of 75 milligrams. He questions the credibility of Hormozi’s claim to have achieved a 52-pound muscle gain in just 16 weeks without the aid of performance-enhancing drugs.

Reflecting on Hormozi’s astounding transformation, Doucette raised eyebrows, stating, “Do you think anyone’s putting on 52 pounds in 16 weeks? Like really, and it’s not even new beginnings. He’s already been training. It’s so impossible to do that. It’s like, why even say it.” The former bodybuilder expressed worry after his false claims that it might mislead aspiring bodybuilders by the exaggerated claims.

Doucette emphasized the potential harm that could arise when individuals attempt to replicate this unrealistic feat. “And so you go to the gym, and you train and do the same thing. You gain four pounds and gain 52. And then you’re like, what the hell?” he pointed out. He has been debunking sensationalized claims for years. Not only does Doucette shed light on the truth, but empowers individuals to pursue realistic and sustainable fitness goals.

Doucette calls out Shizzy Twizzy for stre***d use

In an old video, Greg Doucette alleges that the fitness sensation Shizzy Twizzy is not natural and uses ster***ds to build muscle. He shared a YouTube video titled “Shizzy Twizzy On And Off Cycle!” where he discusses his suspicions. Doucette points out Shizzy’s significant changes in physique over 24 days before a natural bodybuilding competition.

Although Shizzy claims to be natural, Doucette compares him to another bodybuilder, Pattycakesfit, who admits to ster***d use. Initially, there were no signs of ster****d use like acne or puffy faces, but Doucette noticed significant fluctuations in Shizzy’s physique, unlike typical natural bodybuilders who show steady gains. While Doucette doesn’t directly accuse Shizzy, he remains suspicious because of the drastic changes and fluctuations in weight, which are common indicators of ster***d use.
