Marc Lobliner is an IFBB Pro bodybuilder who knows better than most how the muscle growth process works. Although his childhood life was nothing short of a disaster due to the criticism for being overweight, he has achieved milestones in bodybuilding that people long for listening to his training advice. Recently, he revealed the secret behind muscle growth.

Marc Lobliner’s muscle-stimulating tips

In a recent Instagram post, Lobliner uploaded a video showing engaged in full ROM reps to make his chest stronger than before. In the video, he can be seen doing a dumbbell bench press with a full range of motion. Along with the video, he wrote a cation, revealing a secret behind well-conditioned muscles, “The basics build it and the basics keep it growing!”

Sharing the details of his workout, he said that he worked with heavy weights and controlled, full ROM reps to reduce risk and increase gains. Ensuring that no harm was done, he focused on the muscle gains as well with an intense chest workout. Continuing further, he said, “While my chest is a strength, I need it to be stronger!” According to him, full ROM training helps the bodybuilding gain strength and muscle hypertrophy.

Marc Lobliner, who is often recognized as The Machine by his fans, has come out victorious despite life’s adversities and he credits his victories to his passion for strength training. The IFBB champ’s love for strength training is age-old. And he has often used his acquired knowledge to inform his fans, followers, and fitness enthusiasts about proper form and methods to build muscles, grow them, enhance physiques, and stay healthy. So, it’s no surprise that this is not the first time he’s advised people on how to properly hit the gym.

demonstrating the incline curl exercise. Of course, there are many different types of curls people do in the gym. There’s the basic bicep curls with dumbells, there are cable curls, there are barbell curls, EZ bar curls etc, etc. There’s actually more than enough bicep curls in creation to confuse any rational person. And if you are one of them, it’s okay, all of them will help you grow your biceps bigger, as long as you keep at it regularly. But there are also certain exercises, that will help you get the pump of a lifetime.

And according to Lobliner, it’s the incline bicep curl. 

“The incline dumbbell curl is the greatest curl there is. Supreme range of motion, no cheating, and in my opinion conditions the bicep tendon to help prevent pec tears (no proof, just my hypothesis)!” He’s also suggested that one should never skip if the objective is to gain bulky arms. So if you want those Arnold from Predator biceps, you need to do those incline biceps curls, there’s nothing like the pump of an incline curl!
