Fathers are arguably a child’s first friend. They nurture their children to the best of their abilities and guide them throughout their lives. And on this Father’s Day,?bodybuilding legend, Chris Bumstead, wished his father and thanked him for many things with his latest Instagram post.?

The heartfelt post was uploaded by the 4X Mr. Olympia Classic Physique winner, and fans were impressed by him but more so by his father. Let?s see why.

In the Instagram post, Chris Bumstead uploaded three pictures. The first one was of him and his father hugging, wearing hoodies, while in the second, Bumstead, was seen holding his dad tight, just before a competition. And finally, there was a picture of a message from the IFBB pro wishing him Father?s Day.

He captioned the post,??Yes I worked hard to get here, but I would be extremely ignorant to think I?d be the man I am without the guidance I received. Happy Father?s Day to the true ?”

The 3rd picture included a text message from Chris Bumstead to his father. It read,?“Happy Father’s Day Dad! Someone at my event yesterday asked me why a lot of my ways of thinking relate back to stoicism and where it came from and I said my Dad. Thanks for being the best Dad I could’ve had to prepare me for this journey. Love you.”?Bumstead thanked him for the lessons he learned that helped him in leading a good life.

Chris Bumstead started bodybuilding when he was 14 because he loved putting on the muscle since he was a?skinny kid. He put on muscle easily, definitely because of his workout regime but could also be because of his good genetics. Fans were quick to come into the comments and wish as well.
