Fitness has become an important facet of life since people’s lifestyles have changed to sedentary over the years. Earlier, the daily activities involved enough physical movement for the masses. But that is not the case now as technology has reduced the physical exhaustion from chores to industrial activities. As a result, more people are obese in the current era, given a less active lifestyle and unhealthy food practices.

But Andy Elliot made fitness not just his personal mantra but also his professional mantra. Demers narrates the story of Elliot, who wanted his employees to flex a six-pack. “I’m going to tell you this, my entire company, my entire team, if you don’t have a six-pack, you don’t work for us,” the clip reflects Elliot stating.

The ripped CEO considers that those who do not keep their bodies in shape are not disciplined. It also testifies that he has asked his employees to go shirtless to check who has six packs.
