Arnold Schwarzenegger faced a troubled childhood following his father’s rule of paying for food at home. He hated his father’s strict laws at home and decided to move to America to pursue a bodybuilding career. But even after building a $450 million empire, he still craves the Kaiserschmarrn recipe that his mom used to cook for him.

The bodybuilding icon continues to contribute greatly to the fitness community with his newsletter by sharing tips and tricks to lead a healthy life. However, the Governator doesn’t believe in a strict diet and is up for celebrating small wins in the fitness journey. The 75-year-old recently revealed his favorite sweet dish to his Twitter community while replying to a tweet.

The Governator introduced his free healthy recipe book to his fitness crusade. Promoting the book on his Twitter handle, Schwarzenegger wrote, “Here’s a free recipe book with some of the #ArnoldsPumpClub favorites that will have you cooking healthy, delicious meals (and some desserts), in no time. ‘The Terminator’ icon always makes it a point to interact with his followers. So he replied to the comment and added his favorite sweet dish, revealing the real reasons for being healthy. “Most of the time. But I also included a kaiserschmarrn recipe, because if we can’t eat sweets, what’s the point of being healthy?” Schwarzenegger replied. Though the Predator savors his sweet dishes, he never overdoes his calories and restricts himself to lighter meals in his seventies.
