The veteran took to his official Instagram account and shared a video of himself working out in the gym. He was seen doing an arms workout, where he took the time to explain why the incline dumbbell curl works the best if one was aiming for bulky arms.

In the caption, explaining the reason behind his statement, he wrote, “The incline dumbbell curl is the greatest curl there is. Supreme range of motion, no cheating, and in my opinion conditions the bicep tendon to help prevent pec tears (no proof, just my hypothesis)!” He further goes on to emphasize the fact that one should never skip it.

Lobliner adds, “If there’s one bicep movement you should do, this is it!” People from all across the globe follow him because of his extensive knowledge and trust in his ideals. Earlier, the bodybuilder had showcased his 14-year transformation through an Instagram post.

Marc Lobliner super-jacked in his forties
Bodybuilding icon Marc Lobliner once shared his physical transformation through the years 2009 to 2023. The post demonstrated his exceptionally muscular physique. To add to his striations, the years of hardcore training have given prominent vascularity to his body. “I’ve been doing this a long time. In 2009 I competed as a lightweight, under 154lbs. I am about 220lbs in the current picture,” he wrote.

In the caption, expressing the love and passion he has for bodybuilding, he added that he had “many years left in the tank,” signifying his passion for the sport that he had given his all for.
